IMPORTANT – OUR COMPACTOR IS NOT A DUMPSTER

Large items and construction debris CANNOT be placed in the compactor or it will break. If you are having any remodeling done, all construction material and old appliances MUST be hauled away by your contractor, not placed in or around our compactor area

Larger items and large boxes must be placed in the area behind the large doors and in a way to not block others from placing their larger items in that area.  Please break down large boxes. 

DO NOT BLOCK THE LARGE DOORS TO THE COMPACTOR OR PLACE BAGS ON RAMP OR STAIRS

Please be considerate of everyone that lives in our community and the health and repairs to our compactor.
